Is wi-fi available at the accommodation?
The residences and hotels offer wi-fi free of charge. Most of our home stays offer Internet as well. If wi-fi is very important for you, please let us know and we will do our best to find you a family with connectivity for sure.
Is the wi-fi free at the accommodation?
Yes, it is as long a the host family has it.
Can I book breakfast, lunch and dinner (full board) with my accommodation?
Yes. We offer breakfast only, half board and full board catering options with all of our accommodation offers.
Should I bring a towel? What else should I bring?
Bed linens, beddings are provided by the host families or the residences. You will need to bring a towel, toiletries (shower gel, toothpaste, etc.) with you. Take a look at each accommodation options to find out what is provided.
How can I find my accommodation when I arrive to Hastings?
An English for Less Tour Manager will meet you at the residence or designated coach drop off point to ensure that the check in procedure goes smoothly.
Is the accommodation clean? How often is it cleaned?
Yes. We work with residences and homestays where we would be happy to stay ourselves. The accommodations are regularly inspected. The rooms are cleaned weekly and the communal areas are cleaned daily in the residences.
Can I cancel my trip and receive a refund?
Full refund is available in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please refer to our current T&C for cancellation and refund details.
Can I change my plans after I’ve booked my tour?
We are very flexible. Just tell us if you would like to change something in your plan and we will do our best to meet your expectations.
How should I start organising my trip?
We suggest that you send us an email first explaining us what you would like to do.

How long is a lesson?
One lesson is 60 minutes (not including breaks).
How many students are in a class?
Maximum 15 students per class, average 12.
How far is the school from the accommodation?
Can I wash my clothes?
Host families: Your family will wash your clothes once a week (free of charge).
Residences: We can arrange laundry service for you. It costs approximately £3 / person.
