Student Welfare

Student Welfare

OVERVIEW

English for Less (EFL) priority is our students safety and well being. Strict health and safety analysis takes place at our centre with precise and detailed risk assessments being undertaken for every part of the day, activity and excursion.

All of EFL staff have to undertake a strict selection procedure and all attend comprehensive orientation and training days to cover topics such as security, fire drills, health and safety, risk assessment, operational arrangements and pastoral care. Staff are chosen for their experience, professionalism, friendliness, enthusiasm, and suitability for the role they are being employed.

Food is of real importance to everyone and EFL takes pride in our catering service which consist of both British and International cuisine – we offer buffet breakfast, hot or packed lunch and served hot dinner.
